Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations to meet output, quality, and cost targets.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize processes and improve efficiency.
• Manage, train, and develop production staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
• Monitor and control operational budgets, identifying opportunities for cost reduction and resource optimization.
• Implement and manage inventory control systems to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean manufacturing principles and other methodologies.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in manufacturing operations management.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Demonstrated expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency in production planning, quality control, and supply chain management.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
• Proficiency with specific ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Experience with automation technologies and Industry 4.0 principles.
