Our approach focuses on training out of pain through joint mobility , strengthening techniques , and a strong emphasis on longevity . We help our clients build confidence in movement and sustain health for the long term.

The Role

We’re looking for a motivated, knowledgeable, and team-oriented Personal Trainer to join our amazing staff. The ideal candidate has a passion for helping others move well, recover from pain, and achieve lasting strength. You’ll work alongside a collaborative team of trainers and therapists who value continuous learning, professionalism, and positive energy.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver individualized training sessions.
• Implement joint mobility and functional strength training principles.
• Collaborate with physical therapists to create seamless client progressions.
• Contribute to our welcoming, uplifting team environment.
• Educate clients on sustainable movement and long-term health strategies.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of personal training experience in a professional setting.
• Strong foundation in functional training and corrective exercise .
• Positive attitude and ability to gel with a close-knit, passionate team .
• Availability in either morning or afternoon/evening shifts (listed above).
• Preferred: B.S. in Exercise Science , Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) , Functional Range Conditioning (FRC) certification.
