Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment.
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC.
• Must have at least 12 months of Home Health experience within the past 3 years.

• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week.
