What You'll Do: As a Behavior Technician, you'll be at the heart of helping individuals with autism and other developmental challenges reach their full potential. Here's how you'll make an impact:

• Conduct Diagnostic Evaluations : Help assess where clients are and how to best support their growth.
• Implement ABA Techniques : Use evidence-based techniques to bring about meaningful change in behavior.
• Provide Behavioral Health Services : Make a difference in your clients' lives by supporting their mental and behavioral health.
• Assist in Treatment Planning : Work closely with BCBAs to create tailored plans that drive success.
• Track Progress : Collect, analyze, and use data to monitor and celebrate your clients' successes!
• Collaborate with an Amazing Team : Work alongside a team of professionals who share your passion for improving lives.

What You'll Bring:

• Experience is Great, But Passion is Key : Some experience in behavioral therapy or working with children is a plus, but we're happy to provide training if you're new to ABA.
• Team Player : Collaboration is everything, and we love working together to create the best outcomes for our clients.
• Proficiency in Data Collection : Using data to track progress is at the core of what we do.
• Bonus Skills : Experience with autism, conducting evaluations, or working in behavioral health settings is a big plus!

Compensation:

• Entry-Level : $19-$20 per hour for those just starting out in the field.
• Experienced Techs : $20-22 per hour for those with ABA experience, RBT certification, or a BA degree.
