Salary Range: $48,000 - $80,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on production machinery and equipment.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and implement corrective actions.
• Install, test, and commission new manufacturing equipment.
• Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and parts usage accurately.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and LOTO procedures during maintenance operations.
• Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns to minimize production downtime.

Recommended Qualifications

• Strong electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic/pneumatic troubleshooting skills.
• 2-5 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Vocational degree or equivalent certification in industrial maintenance, electrical technology, or a related field.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic schematics.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO).
• Basic computer skills for CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) usage.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with PLC programming or advanced diagnostics.
• Proficiency in welding (MIG, TIG, Stick) or metal fabrication.
• Experience utilizing a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
• Formal training or certification in hydraulics and pneumatics.
