Marketing Coordinator

Our Healthcare client is seeking a REMOTE Marketing Coordinator. This role starts in early June 2026, is 40 hours per week for at least 3 months with the potential to extend. This is a remote role, but the candidate must be able to work in either CST or EST hours.

The Marketing Coordinator will support the Commercial Group by contributing to a wide range of sales and marketing initiatives. This position requires a blend of strong writing skills, creative thinking, and project management capabilities. The Marketing Coordinator will manage assigned projects with a high degree of autonomy while collaborating closely with sales, account, marketing, and internal communications teams.

Marketing Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage marketing projects from initiation through completion, including timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication.
• Work directly with members of the Commercial Group sales, account management, and marketing teams.
• Participate in meetings and conference calls as requested; independently schedule meetings and follow-ups with key stakeholders as needed. - Interface with the Internal Communications team and utilize the Workfront project management system.
• Support the development, coordination, and execution of communications materials, website content, sales collateral, presentations, social media content, and more.
• Write, edit, and format business communications and marketing materials with attention to clarity, tone, and audience. - Create and maintain documents, spreadsheets, and presentations using Microsoft Office 365 to support business partners and programs.
• Apply creative thinking to solve marketing and communication challenges within a business environment.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Marketing Coordinator Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or similiar field
• Strong writing foundation with the ability to translate ideas into clear, compelling business communications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), including content development, organization, and presentation creation.
• Experience managing or coordinating multiple marketing or communications projects simultaneously.
• Experience working with project management tools (Workfront experience is a plus).
• Strong organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work autonomously the majority of the time, including scheduling meetings and coordinating with internal stakeholders.
• High attention to detail and strong follow-through.
• Exposure to digital marketing, creative services, or content development.
• Experience contributing to web content, social media, or sales and marketing collateral.
