Job Title: Leasing Agent

Location: Downtown Detroit, MI

Are you an experienced and motivated Leasing Agent? Are you ready to join our company and contribute to our growing success? This position offers a competitive base salary plus commission, benefits, and the opportunity to work in a vibrant office located in downtown Detroit.

• Location: Houze Living, Downtown Detroit - 114 W Adams Ave, Detroit, MI 48226
• Pay: $50,000 - $60,000 annual salary + commission
• Benefits: Health, dental, vision, life insurance
• Schedule: Wed - Sun, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Conduct property tours and showcase available units to prospective tenants.
• Implement effective marketing strategies to attract new residents.
• Respond promptly to inquiries, schedule and conduct property showings, and follow up with potential tenants.

Tenant Relations:

• Build and maintain positive relationships with current tenants.
• Address and resolve tenant concerns and inquiries in a timely manner.
• Conduct regular check-ins with tenants to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Lease Administration:

• Make sales to qualified applicants.
• Prepare and process lease agreements, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Collect and process rental payments accurately and efficiently.
• Conduct background and credit checks on potential tenants.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Leasing Agent or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Familiarity with Rent Manager is a plus.

Compensation:

• Competitive base salary plus commission.

• 80 hours annual Paid Time Off.
