Job Overview

TM Asphalt Sealing is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Parking Lot Line Striper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for applying pavement markings such as parking lines, directional arrows, crosswalks, and other safety markings to commercial and residential lots. Candidates will also have the opportunity to work with our asphalt sealcoating and patching divisions.

Responsibilities

• Operate line striping equipment to apply paint or thermoplastic markings.
• Lay out parking lots according to blueprints, diagrams, or customer specifications.
• Maintain and clean equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Follow safety guidelines and local regulations for line striping.
• Work independently or as part of a crew.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, coworkers, and clients.
• Travel to various job sites as needed.
• Join the Sealcoating & Patching crews on occasion

Requirements

• Previous experience in line striping or related field is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Comfortable working varied hours depending on project needs, often 40-70 hours/week.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
