CDR ProSource is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Forklift Operator - Shipping & Receiving coordinator for a manufacturing client in Three Rivers, MI. The ideal candidate will have strong warehouse and inventory experience, forklift operation skills, and the ability to coordinate shipments while maintaining accurate records and supporting production flow.

Job Overview
Location: Three Rivers, MI
Pay: $22 – $24/hour
Schedule: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM | Monday – Friday

Key Responsibilities

• Organize incoming and outgoing materials and move them to designated staging areas
• Maintain accurate inventory locations and monitor min/max stock levels
• Inspect incoming shipments and report shortages, damages, or defects
• Record all materials received or distributed in the JobBoss system
• Track delivery schedules and notify management of delays or shortages
• Process incoming customer and vendor shipments
• Perform inspections to ensure materials meet quality specifications
• Maintain and distribute shipping/receiving documentation to appropriate departments
• Approve and inspect outgoing shipments to meet customer requirements
• Pick materials for jobs using Job Travelers and Sales Orders
• Verify labels, part numbers, quantities, and packaging accuracy
• Coordinate full and partial truckloads for inbound and outbound shipments
• Work closely with purchasing to manage customer-supplied materials
• Stock and order packaging materials based on inventory needs
• Perform monthly physical inventory counts and reconcile with JobBoss
• Support special projects and additional warehouse duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse operations, or inventory control
• Forklift experience required
• Ability to pass forklift certification testing
• Knowledge of warehouse procedures and inventory practices
• Experience with data entry and ERP systems (JobBoss preferred)
• Ability to work independently and take initiative when needed
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed
