Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with CCC certification is sought for a contract position serving a K-12 school environment in Midland, MI. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse caseload ranging from birth to age 26, with assignments across multiple school locations. Full-time or part-time candidates will be considered, catering to flexible scheduling preferences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language therapy services to a caseload of approximately 35-60 students, tailored according to professional experience.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with educational goals and student needs.
• Collaborate with educational staff and support personnel, including paraeducators and licensed nursing staff as available.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation adhering to district policies and professional standards.
• Participate in assessments and contribute to the development of students individualized education programs (IEPs).

Qualifications:

• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Valid Michigan SLP license.
• Experience working with a broad age range, from birth through young adulthood.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with school teams.
• Flexibility to serve multiple locations and manage a diverse caseload.

Location: Midland, Michigan
Duration: Contract for the 2025-2026 school year
