Position Overview
The Printing & Imaging Specialist will operate our state-of-the-art UV and Canon wide-format printers, prepare digital artwork for production, and help create beautiful visual media for print and web. This role requires both technical skill and creative artistry, using RIP software and advanced image workflows to deliver consistent, color-accurate, and high-quality results. We’re looking for someone who:

Key Responsibilities
Printing & Production

• Operate and maintain state-of-the-art UV and Canon wide-format printers.
• Use RIP software to manage color profiles, white/varnish layers, and layout templates.
• Prepare and organize print queues for efficient production runs.
• Perform routine calibration, cleaning, and maintenance.
• Inspect and approve print quality for consistency, tone, and finish.

Image Preparation & Color Management

Perform color correction and retouching in Adobe Photoshop.

• Prepare print-ready and web-optimized images.
• Maintain consistent color and tonal accuracy across all materials.

Media & Marketing Support

Photograph finished products for website listings and promotional use.

• Capture and edit product videos or motion photo loops for online platforms.
• Assist in creating marketing visuals using Canva or similar tools.
• Ability to create email and social content, schedule and send out through platforms, like Mail Chimp, Hootsuite, etc.

Qualifications

• Experience operating wide-format or UV printers.
• Proficiency with RIP software and color workflow management.
• Strong Photoshop skills with attention to color accuracy and detail.
• Basic photography and videography experience.
• Familiarity with Canva and social media tools preferred.
• Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple projects efficiently.
• A natural problem solver with leadership potential and a collaborative mindset.
