Salary Range: $84,000 - $129,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, local, and company EHS regulations and policies.
• Develop, implement, and manage EHS programs, policies, and procedures for the manufacturing facility.
• Conduct EHS risk assessments, job hazard analyses, and ergonomic evaluations to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
• Lead incident investigations, determine root causes, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
• Develop and deliver comprehensive EHS training programs for all employees, contractors, and visitors.
• Manage hazardous waste disposal, air emissions, wastewater discharge, and other environmental compliance programs.
• Conduct regular EHS inspections and audits to ensure workplace safety and environmental compliance, driving continuous improvement.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive EHS experience, with at least 2 years in a management role within a manufacturing environment.
• Thorough knowledge and practical application of OSHA, EPA, and other federal/state EHS regulations.
• Experience developing, implementing, and managing EHS management systems (e.g., ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
• Professional EHS certification (e.g., CSP, CIH, CHMM) preferred.

• Professional EHS certifications (e.g., CSP, CIH, CHMM)
• Experience with EHS management software platforms (e.g., Intelex, Cority)
• Lean Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodology experience
• Experience managing EHS across multiple manufacturing sites
• Proficiency in a second language relevant to the workforce
