- Bonus Structure of 3% on any private cases for up to 6 weeks for each patient acquired
- $200 travel & $50 telephone monthly reimbursement

What You'll Do:
As a Sales Liaison / Care Coordinator, you'll be the bridge between BrightStar Care of Carleton & Canton and the families, clients, and healthcare partners we serve.
You will:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, facilities, and community organizations
- Generate new referrals and meet or exceed your sales goals
- Create and execute a marketing plan for your territory
- Represent BrightStar Care at community events and professional gatherings
- Meet with families to understand their care needs and match them with the right services
- Deliver outstanding service and support throughout the client journey
What you bring:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or communications preferred
- Proven success in sales, marketing, or business development, healthcare experience preferred
- Natural relationship-builder with strong communication, presentation, and closing skills
- Organized, self-driven, and passionate about helping others
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
