What You'll Do

As the Customer Service Supervisor for Capital Equipment , you will supervise the day-to-day functions of the Capital Equipment CSR team, overseeing order entry and fulfillment processes; ensuring team members deliver a high-quality customer experience. In this role, you will:

  • Manage order entry and fulfillment of capital equipment orders for assigned authorized representatives
  • Train and provide daily supervision of the CSR - Capital Equipment team, ensuring all tasks related to order entry, fulfillment, and project coordination are completed accurately and on time, in alignment with company policies and work instructions
  • Monitor team performance and proactively address issues, escalating to the Customer Service Manager when appropriate
  • Review and approve timecards, communicate company updates and policy changes to the team, and ensure proper staffing and scheduling for consistent customer coverage
  • Serve as the primary solutions provider for the Capital Equipment team, troubleshooting issues such as backorders, credit holds, or part discrepancies, collaborating with other departments for resolution as needed
  • Collaborate with the Customer Service Manager to identify key performance metrics for the CSR - Capital Equipment team, monitoring progress, and reporting regularly on performance
  • Draft, update, and maintain work instructions related to capital equipment order entry and fulfillment processes
  • Complete additional projects, duties, or tasks related to the CSR team as assigned by the Customer Service Manager

Qualifications

  • Associate degree in Business Administration or related field, strongly preferred
  • Proven success in a senior customer service, team lead or supervisory role
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in order entry and fulfillment; international fulfillment experience is a plus
  • Experience using ERP systems such as IFS
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
