CDL A Trainee Driver Paid Training Home Every 2 Weeks

Paid Training Program
- Mentor led training program lasting approximately 4 to 6 weeks.
- Weekly pay provided throughout the training phase.
- $300 paid orientation issued with the first paycheck.

Solo Pay After Upgrade
- Mileage pay ranges from $0.56 to $0.64 CPM after upgrade.
- Average solo earnings are around $1,300 per week.
- Typical weekly miles range between 1,600 and 2,200.
- Freight is 100 percent no touch with a strong drop and hook mix.
Schedule and Home Time
- Drivers remain on the road during the training phase.

Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL.
