Position Overview

We are recruiting full-time, permanent Urology Physicians. The physician will manage patient care in inpatient and outpatient settings, with duties tailored to the specialty. These positions offer stability, professional growth, and the chance to make a meaningful impact on patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care to patients within your specialty (inpatient and/or outpatient).
• Conduct thorough patient evaluations, including medical histories, physical exams, and diagnostic tests.
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient conditions and needs.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment options, and prevention.
• Participate in team-based care, including consulting with specialists when needed.
• Adhere to safety protocols, infection control, and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Eligible in your specialty.
• Active Medical License in the state (or in process).
• 0-5 years of clinical experience in inpatient or outpatient settings.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
• Comfortable working independently and handling complex cases.
• Clean malpractice and disciplinary history.
• Proficient with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage challenging situations.
