Apex Placement and Consulting is looking for motivated, mechanically inclined Production Operators for one of their premier clients in Madison Heights, MI. This is more than just a role—it’s a hands-on logistics position where you’ll learn new skills, and work with cutting-edge systems in a clean, organized facility.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Learn to safely operate a hilo (forklift)—all team members are trained and expected to be certified
• Use HMI screens to pull specifications and monitor logistics processes
• Enter and retrieve information using AS400
• Support product movement, inventory management, and material flow
• Maintain organization and cleanliness on the floor
• Communicate with your team and leadership to ensure everything runs smoothly

What We Are Looking For

• Mechanically inclined individuals who are comfortable with hands-on work
• Very comfortable using computers and navigating simple systems
• Ability to read and follow instructions and specs
• Must be able to train on 1st shift, then move to 2nd or 3rd shift (training may last 2 weeks to 2 months)
• Aptitude, Attitude, and Attendance are your keys to success
