Salary Range: $103,000 - $150,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize the entire value stream from raw materials to finished goods.
• Identify and eliminate waste and inefficiencies throughout the manufacturing process.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve flow, reduce lead times, and increase throughput.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, engineering, supply chain, quality) to achieve value stream goals.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to value stream performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage resources, including personnel and equipment, to ensure efficient value stream operations.
• Champion Lean Manufacturing principles and methodologies within the organization.
• Drive problem-solving activities and implement corrective actions to address value stream bottlenecks.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in leading and implementing Lean Manufacturing principles and value stream mapping.
• Demonstrated success in identifying and eliminating waste within manufacturing processes.
• Strong understanding of production planning, scheduling, and inventory management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive change.
• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma.

Bonus Qualifications

• Certification in a formal change management methodology (e.g., Prosci).
• Experience participating in or leading Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) processes.
• Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for performance analysis.
• Experience managing the full lifecycle of a New Product Introduction (NPI) within a manufacturing setting.
