**Responsibilities:**
- Lead multiple audit engagements concurrently for a diverse array of clients.
- Develop and formulate the audit strategy, as well as manage associated budgets.
- Provide various assurance and consulting services to clients, proposing solutions to complex issues and challenges.
- Exhibit strong technical knowledge of relevant regulations, contemporary business practices, and industry trends.
- Address and resolve accounting, auditing, and other issues that may arise throughout the audit process.
- Conduct thorough risk and control assessments and analyses.
- Deliver exceptional client service, cultivate deep client relationships, maintain high satisfaction levels, and become a trusted advisor.
- Supervise, delegate responsibilities, and facilitate the professional development of audit team members.
- Generate new business opportunities and cross-selling leads with existing clients.
**Qualifications of a Strong Candidate:**
- Possession of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting or a related field.
- CPA licensure is required.
- A minimum of five years of relevant audit experience.
- Comprehensive understanding of auditing and control practices, methodologies, and techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, along with skills in staff development and management.
- Capacity to balance multiple priorities while completing assignments within established time constraints and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CCH Axcess, FX Engagement, and QuickBooks is an advantage.
- Candidates must possess legal authorization to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship, both now and in the future.
