Overseas Value-Added Services Engineer

Key Responsibility:

1.Collaborate with front-end production and sales teams to provide overseas customers with spare parts quotations and cost breakdowns.

2.Process overseas customer spare parts orders, operate client-side systems, track production and logistics, and ensure on-time delivery.

3.Complete financial-related tasks such as invoicing, payment collection, payment reconciliation, and account clearing in a timely manner.

4.Maintain strong customer relationships, conduct regular client visits, and enhance customer satisfaction.

5.Understand customer needs and provide professional product consultation and trade solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

1.Bachelor’s degree or above in English, International Trade, Automotive Engineering, or related fields.

2.Proficient in international trade and international logistics; skilled in office software such as Excel and PowerPoint; experience with SAP system is preferred.

3.Minimum of 2 years of international trade experience in lithium batteries, automotive, or mechanical components, or overseas sales/service experience in home appliances, with strong after-sales service awareness.

4.English required; German is a plus.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

1. Regular, predictable on-site attendance is an essential function of this role.
2. Ability to move throughout offices, manufacturing facilities, and construction areas, including walking, standing, bending, kneeling, and climbing stairs or ladders.
3. Ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 25–50 pounds, with occasional heavier lifting as required, with or without reasonable accommodation.
4. Ability to work in varied environments, including offices, industrial, and construction settings.
5. Willingness to travel to other job sites as business needs require.
