Salary Range: $137,000 - $188,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and optimize all plant operations to meet production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, efficiency, and overall plant profitability.
• Manage plant budget, control operational costs, and identify opportunities for financial savings.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, quality control standards, and environmental compliance.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of all plant equipment and facilities to ensure operational reliability.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives through Lean manufacturing principles and process optimization.

Recommended Qualifications

• Minimum 7-10 years of progressive leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
• Proven expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to manage plant P&L, budgets, and operational KPIs.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations, quality management systems, and environmental compliance.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt certification
• Experience with successful ERP system implementation or significant upgrades
• Proven track record in multi-site operations management
• Fluency in a second language relevant to the local workforce or international partners
