Salary Range: $129,000 - $180,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all manufacturing operations, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and safety regulations are consistently met.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize operational efficiency, reduce costs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage the facility's profit and loss (P&L) statement, including budget development, financial forecasting, and cost control.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and safety.
• Drive the implementation of Lean manufacturing principles and other process optimization methodologies.
• Ensure strict compliance with all industry regulations, quality management systems, and environmental health and safety (EHS) policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments such as sales, engineering, and supply chain to align production with business goals.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven leadership and P&L management experience within a manufacturing operation.
• Demonstrated expertise in operational excellence methodologies (e.g., Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma).
• Strong financial acumen with a track record of budget management, cost reduction, and profitability improvement.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic plans, driving business growth and market share.
• Comprehensive understanding of supply chain management, quality systems, and safety protocols.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on talent development and employee engagement.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Experience with advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g., Industry 4.0, automation, AI)
• Multilingual proficiency, particularly relevant for global operations or diverse workforces
• Proven experience in sustainability initiatives or ESG reporting
• Deep expertise in global supply chain optimization strategies
