**What You'll Do:**
+ Provide outstanding customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as participating in emergency response activities when needed.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations throughout the healthcare location in a calm and problem-solving manner.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols within the property and around the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities.
+ Observe and report any unusual conditions, hazards, or potential security-related risks within the healthcare environment.
+ Assist visitors, patients, and staff members with directions and general information as needed while maintaining a professional presence.
+ Support Allied Universal and healthcare facility staff during emergency drills and real-world emergencies according to established protocols.
+ Document and communicate all incidents, observations, and activities as required by Allied Universal and client procedures.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Be at least 21 years of age.
+ A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
