Marketing Coordinator

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Creating promotional material, scheduling of social media posts and email campaigns
- Proofread, format, and assemble marketing materials
- Monitor and engage with digital leads to assist properties in driving traffic
- Assist with marketing collateral requests (ticket request system-ordering promotional material) communicating with properties
- Assist with market research, including identifying and analyzing competitors
- Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing sales data
- Support the Company’s reputation by monitoring reviews and accuracy of community websites and social media programs
- General office tasks, greeting, scheduling, data entry, organizing and other administrative tasks in supporting marketing and operational programs
- Other projects as assigned
Qualifications include, but are not limited to:
- Understanding of marketing metrics and technology
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn
- Excellent communication skills
