Regional Dry Van Company Driver W2 Job - Sterling Heights, MI
Are you a CDL-A driver seeking an OTR opportunity that offers weekly home time with minimal physical demands? At American Trucking Group, we provide dry van routes throughout the Midwest with excellent equipment and competitive compensation.
Home Time:
- Home weekly for a 34-hour reset.
- Our OTR routes are designed to ensure steady miles while allowing you to maintain vital family time and personal commitments.
Equipment:
- Drive our modern fleet, including International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for your comfort.
- You can take your assigned truck and trailer home, provided safe parking is available.
No Touch Freight:
- Primarily engaged with dry van freight, enjoying 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook operations.
- Minimal physical work is required, allowing you to focus on driving.
Pay and Miles:
- Average earnings range from $1,200 to $1,600 weekly, based on mileage and performance.
- Additional compensation includes detention pay based on customer policy, $12 per hour layover pay after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free driving.
Running Area:
- Routes cover Wisconsin, Illinois, Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, and Iowa.
- All tolls are covered through EZ Pass and toll cards.
Benefits:

- $20,000 company-paid life insurance, vacation pay, and a 401(k) with a 50% match up to 3%.
- A passenger policy is available after 30 days, subject to age restrictions.

Requirements
