Belvac powers high‑performance manufacturing for beverage, food, beauty, and aerosol packaging worldwide. Our machines—spanning cupping, body making, trimming, decorating, bottom rim coating, necking, shaping, and inspection—deliver productivity with sustainability for customers in 150+ countries.

Your Impact

• Execute precision ID/OD, surface, face, angle, and form grinding on both manual and CNC platforms.
• Plan sequences from blueprint/layout; determine workholding and process parameters.
• Dress and maintain diamond and other super‑abrasive wheels (straight/angle/form with dress diamonds and rotary dressers); manage wear proactively.
• Machine diverse materials: aluminum, mild/stainless steels, hardened tool steel, tungsten carbide, and exotic ultra‑hard alloys.
• Program CNC grinders on the shop floor as needed; operate multiple machines concurrently.
• Verify features to 0.0001" using micrometers, indicators, bore gauges, height stands, gauge blocks/pins, etc.
• Apply trig/geometry to hit angles and positions; correct taper and other inaccuracies.
• Champion safety, housekeeping, and Belvac’s Quality Management System; drive setup/run‑time reduction.

Schedule Options

• Day: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (OT as required)
• Night: 6:00 PM – 2:30 AM (Shift premium; OT as required)

Physical Demands

• Standing up to 10 hours/day.
• Overhead crane operation; proper lifting techniques and aids when needed.
• Frequent use of hand tools, files, sanders, and grinders; strong hand‑eye coordination.

Minimum Qualification

• High school diploma or equivalent.
