JOB SUMMARY:
Under direct supervision, this role involves basic assembly tasks, following detailed instructions, and ensuring quality control for prototypes in motorsports, defense, and mobility applications.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned.
- Assemble basic components and subassemblies according to assembly drawings and instructions.
- Use hand tools and basic machinery for assembly tasks.
- Assist with equipment maintenance and cleaning.
- Perform simple quality control checks.
- Document work according to company guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- 0-2 years of experience in manual assembly.
- High School diploma or GED required.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Basic mechanical aptitude.
- Basic ability to read and interpret assembly drawings.
- Attention to detail and quality standards.
- Ability to use hand tools effectively.
- Ability to lift 40 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Follow instructions and works well under supervision.
