Resident Aide - Med Tech - CNA
Join the AdvisaCare Family! We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals for the role of Resident Aide - Med Tech - CNA at our AdvisaCare locations. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients while working in a supportive team environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Administering medications as prescribed
- Assisting residents with daily activities (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Providing companionship and emotional support to residents
- Monitoring residents' health and reporting any changes to supervision
- Maintaining a clean and safe environment for the residents
Full-time and part-time positions are available for all shifts!
Requirements
- MUST have a current CNA license
- Recent experience in assisted living or similar environments
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
- Must possess a compassionate personality and a strong desire to assist others
- High School Graduate or equivalent
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- CPR Certification is a plus
- Ability to pass a drug screening and background check
