We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to become an integral part of our team here at The C.R.A.P. Store! Part-time options also available. You will be responsible for assisting with customer purchases in a retail setting, and providing a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities of the Retail Sales Associate:

• Welcome and identify customer needs
• Explain products and services to customers
• Monitor inventory to ensure product is in stock
• Enter and process customer orders
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints

Qualifications of the Retail Sales Associate:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to build rapport with customers
• Reliable and punctual
• Friendly and positive attitude – eager to engage with customers
• Trustworthy and self-motivated
• Open to constructive criticism and desire to improve

Essential Duties of the Retail Sales Associate:

• Open and Close Store
• Maintain store organization and cleanliness
• Process customer returns
• Assist with testing, assembling, and pricing items when needed
• Monitor bathrooms and changing areas
• Assess parking lot conditions – shovel and salt near main entrances
• Assist customers in carrying heavier / bulkier items
