The Role:

We’re seeking a personable and highly organized Office Manager to join our team and serve as the backbone of our daily operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and loves keeping things running smoothly while supporting a growing field team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day office operations to ensure efficiency and organization.
• Coordinate scheduling of home performance assessments, installations, and follow-ups.
• Serve as the first point of contact for clientsprofessional, warm, and solution-focused.
• Maintain records, process paperwork, and track project documentation.
• Support HR functions, including onboarding and coordinating staff training.
• Manage CRM Software
• Collaborate with leadership to improve workflows, systems, and communication.
• Assist with bookkeeping tasks (invoices, vendor management, expense tracking).
• Contribute to a positive, supportive company culture.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of office management, administrative, or operations experience (preferred).
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong interpersonal skillsable to build trust with both customers and team members.
• Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a growing company.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
• Experience with QuickBooks or other bookkeeping software a plus.
• Passion for sustainability, energy efficiency, or construction industry experience is a bonus.
