Office Manager – Energy Efficiency & Home Performance

The Role:
We’re seeking a personable and highly organized Office Manager to join our team and serve as the backbone of our daily operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and loves keeping things running smoothly while supporting a growing field team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office operations to ensure efficiency and organization.
- Coordinate scheduling of home performance assessments, installations, and follow-ups.
- Serve as the first point of contact for clientsprofessional, warm, and solution-focused.
- Maintain records, process paperwork, and track project documentation.
- Support HR functions, including onboarding and coordinating staff training.
- Manage CRM Software
- Collaborate with leadership to improve workflows, systems, and communication.
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks (invoices, vendor management, expense tracking).
- Contribute to a positive, supportive company culture.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of office management, administrative, or operations experience (preferred).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal skillsable to build trust with both customers and team members.
- Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a growing company.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
- Experience with QuickBooks or other bookkeeping software a plus.
- Passion for sustainability, energy efficiency, or construction industry experience is a bonus.
