Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This full-time Speech-Language Pathologist opportunity is based in a K-12 school environment serving students with moderate to significant cognitive impairments, multiple impairments, and autism. The position is a contract role beginning ASAP and continuing through the end of the school year. It is located in Okemos, MI, within a self-contained building designed to provide specialized support.

Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive speech-language evaluations, developing and implementing individualized therapy plans, and collaborating with educators and families to promote student communication and learning outcomes. The ideal candidate will work closely with students to address complex communication needs within a supportive educational setting.

Desired qualifications and experience:

• Certification in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Experience in pediatric speech-language therapy, especially within school settings
• Background in working with students with multiple and moderate to significant impairments
• Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) completion or equivalent experience preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to engage with students, staff, and families
• Ability to manage caseloads in a self-contained building environment
