We’re evolving the Kelly brand, and we need a Senior Graphic Designer who can help bring it to life, consistently, thoughtfully, and at scale.
This isn’t just about big ideas. It’s about execution. You’ll be part of the corporate creative team, helping shape the brand while also producing high-quality, on-brand work across every channel.
You know how to be creative within structure. You can take a brand system and push it forward without breaking it. And you’re just as comfortable jumping in and getting great work out the door as you are contributing to bigger brand moments
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and produce high-quality creative across digital, print, and social
- Execute within established brand guidelines while helping evolve them over time
- Translate creative direction into polished, effective deliverables
- Support and contribute to larger brand initiatives and campaigns
- Partner with marketing, content, and product teams to deliver work that performs
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate with external vendors when needed to ensure quality output
Qualifications:
- 5 to 10 years of graphic design experience
- A portfolio that shows both strong execution and creative thinking
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)
- Strong command of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
- Experience designing across digital and print, including social, web, email, and presentations
- The ability to work within brand guidelines and still produce fresh, engaging work
- Comfort operating in a corporate environment where clarity and consistency matter
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Nice to have:
- Experience on an in-house creative team
- Basic animation skills
- Familiarity with Digital Asset Management systems
The hourly base pay for this position is listed below. Final compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.
$35.00 - $40.00/hr
