Agency Support Specialist

Job Description

Insight Global is searching for a Agency Support Specialist to support one of our insurance clients in the Grand Rapids MI area. This role will be responsible for acting as the liaison between our external agents and our Agency Operations Department and requires system, product and insurance industry knowledge. The position will interact with external partners, requiring this role to be the expert on all things insurance industry related. This is an in-office position working standard hours and is expected to be fielding several in bound calls throughout the shift.

Skills and Requirements

• Highschool Diploma, GED or Associates Degree

• strong computer literacy and ability to utilize various applications simultaneously

• previous experience with customer service and inbound calls

• proficient with Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, and ability to learn new technologies
