Summary Renewal by Andersen has an exciting opportunity for Concierge Retail Service Representative (RSR) with our team in Livonia, MI! This individual will provide Signature Service by being a single point of contact for the homeowner. The Concierge RSR will partner with Sales Representatives to provide a customized level of communication with every homeowner. We are looking for an accomplished, driven, and collaborative candidate to help perfect our customers’ experience in upgrading their homes. Training will take place fully onsite; once training is complete, the Concierge will work a hybrid schedule. RESPONSIBILITIES :- Provide Signature Service customer service to homeowners
- Create and maintain homeowners’ job files
- Build a concrete relationship with the homeowner
- Work with RSRs and scheduling teams to move the homeowner's job through the process
- Work with sales reps to resolve any paperwork issues, change orders, on-hold jobs, or jobs in progress
- Resolve any post-install situations.
- Schedule homeowners’ technical measure, installation date, and reminder calls

- Send out the post-installation survey and resolve any post installation situations
- 2+ years customer service experience
- Solid and accurate data entry skills
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Competency in Microsoft Office software
- High attention to detail and organization abilities
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage simultaneous tasks
