This role is ideal for someone who thrives on problem‑solving, coaching teams, and driving continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities

• Production leadership — Oversee daily production activities to meet safety, quality, and output goals
• Team supervision — Lead, train, and evaluate production employees across assigned shifts
• Process improvement — Identify inefficiencies and implement solutions using lean or similar methodologies
• Safety compliance — Enforce safety standards and conduct regular audits
• Quality control — Monitor product quality and partner with QA to resolve issues
• Reporting — Track KPIs, downtime, labor usage, and daily production metricsQualifications
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing or related environment
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Working knowledge of lean manufacturing or continuous improvement tools
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment and workflow issues
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment

• Experience with ERP/MRP systems
