We are looking for an Operator to join our team in Harbor Beach, MI. This position requires working onsite at our production facility, where safety, consistency, and cleanliness are key. If you're comfortable with physical work and enjoy being part of a fast-paced setting, we'd love to connect with you.

What You'll Do

• Operate and monitor various food processing equipment and forklifts
• Package products efficiently and safely as they are completed in the drying process
• Follow proper procedures when collecting samples for quality checks
• Maintain accurate and consistent records, including weight documentation
• Communicate any material or inventory needs to your supervisor in a timely manner and coordinate with other team members to support daily production goals
• Keep your work area clean and organized to meet all quality and safety standards and take on additional tasks as needed to support the team and production schedule

What You'll Bring

• Strong organizational habits and attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records and follow established processes
• Comfort handling materials weighing up to fifty-five pounds
• The ability to troubleshoot basic equipment including packaging systems and scales
• A current license for powered industrial fork truck is preferred
• Clear communication skills to collaborate with team members and supervisors along with the ability to multitask and stay focused in a busy production environment
• Flexible schedule availability
