Responsibilities:
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions to clients
- Develop and implement behavior intervention plans based on applied behavior analysis principles
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Stay current on research and best practices in the field of psychology and counseling
- Provide counseling services to children, adolescents, adults, and families

Requirements:
- Doctoral degree or higher in psychology, counseling, or a related field
- Valid license or certification as a clinician (e.g., Licensed Clinical Psychologist, Licensed Professional Counselor)
- Experience in conducting diagnostic evaluations and assessments
- Proficiency in coding for insurance billing purposes
- Knowledge of psychopharmacology and ability to collaborate with psychiatrists when necessary
- Strong understanding of applied behavior analysis principles
- Ability to provide child and family counseling services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
