Job Description :

We Are Seeking an experienced Programmer Analyst to support the development, maintenance, and enhancement of enterprise applications. This role will function as both a developer and technical analyst, supporting application development efforts, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring high-quality software delivery. The Programmer Analyst will work within Agile development teams to design, develop, test, and maintain modern web applications and services.

Responsibilities:

Application Development and Support

· Design, develop, maintain, and support applications using .NET Core and C# technologies.

· Develop and maintain RESTful web services and APIs.

· Write, maintain, and optimize complex SQL queries and database operations.

· Develop functionality supporting document uploads and data processing within web applications.

· Troubleshoot and resolve application defects and performance issues.

· Maintain and enhance existing applications through code improvements and modernization efforts.

Agile Development and Collaboration

· Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

· Collaborate with developers, analysts, and stakeholders to deliver sprint commitments.

· Manage source code using version control tools.

· Develop and maintain unit tests and regression tests to ensure code quality.

· Support code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards.

Web Development and Security

· Develop front-end components using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and related frameworks.

· Ensure application security best practices are followed, including protection against common vulnerabilities.

· Support accessibility and usability improvements within applications.

· Assist with integration of identity management and authentication solutions.

· Support CI/CD and DevOps processes where applicable.

Required Skills:

· 5+ years of experience developing applications using .NET Core (version 3.1 or higher) and C#.

· 5+ years of experience developing REST APIs or web services.

· 5+ years of experience writing and maintaining complex SQL queries.

· 3+ years of experience developing document upload functionality within web applications.

· 5+ years of experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.

· 5+ years of experience using Git or similar version control systems.

· 5+ years of experience developing unit and regression tests.

· Experience with front-end development using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.

· Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

· Experience developing secure web applications following industry security best practices.

· Experience working with Azure DevOps or similar application lifecycle management tools.

· Familiarity with accessibility standards such as WCAG.

· Familiarity with email integration tools such as SendGrid.

· Experience integrating identity providers using OpenID Connect (OIDC) or SAML.

· Experience using project tracking tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira.

· Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
