Pinnacle CPA & Advisors, PLC is seeking an experienced Senior Manager CPA to join our growing firm. This individual will lead client engagements, manage complex advisory and tax planning projects, and mentor a team of talented professionals. The ideal candidate has a strong background in public accounting with a focus on Tax , a passion for client service, and a strategic mindset aligned with entrepreneurial thinking.

The successful candidate will have experience in public accounting and enjoy working closely with personal and business clients to maintain their accounting and tax records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead tax planning and compliance engagements for business owners, high-net-worth individuals, and closely held businesses
• Oversee the preparation and review of complex individual, corporate, partnership, and trust tax returns
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients—offering insights beyond compliance to support financial, tax, and strategic planning
• Manage and develop a team of professionals, providing coaching, leadership, and performance feedback
• Maintain strong client relationships and participate in firm business development activities
• Stay current on tax law changes, trends, and technology to drive continuous improvement
  

Qualifications and skills:

• CPA license required
• 7+ years of experience in public accounting, including tax and advisory services
• Experience working with entrepreneurs, family-owned businesses, or high-net-worth clients
• Proven leadership ability and a collaborative management style
• Strong technical and analytical skills with a hands-on approach to solving client challenges
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
