Salary Range: $139,000 - $190,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily plant operations to meet production and quality targets.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and quality standards.
• Manage plant budget, resources, and capital expenditures effectively.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing processes.
• Maintain equipment reliability and oversee facility maintenance programs.

Recommended Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing operations.
• Proven ability to manage large teams, foster a culture of safety, and drive continuous improvement.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, quality systems (e.g., ISO), and regulatory compliance.
• Demonstrated success in managing budgets, optimizing production costs, and improving operational efficiency.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification.
• Demonstrated experience leading successful new product introduction (NPI) initiatives.
• Proficiency in a relevant second language.
• Experience managing operations within a highly regulated industry (e.g., FDA, Aerospace).
