- Hands-on training from PMs/Supers who like developing talent
- Visible projects and clear growth path to Sr. PE / APM
- Strong process, clean documentation, and real teamwork between office/field
- Stable backlog + repeat clients = consistent work and career stability
- Support PM team with RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, and document control
- Track schedule updates, long-lead items, and material deliveries
- Assist with subcontractor buyout, scope reviews, and change documentation
- Help manage closeout: O&M manuals, punchlists, warranty tracking
- Coordinate with field leadership to keep priorities aligned
- 1+ years in construction (internships/co-ops count)
- Degree in CM, Civil, or related (or equivalent experience)
- Comfortable learning Procore/Bluebeam/MS Project (or similar)
- Organized, proactive, and strong communicator
- Interest in building operations and jobsite exposure
