1. 8:00 am - 12:00 pm (Part-time 40 hours per two-week pay period)

Our IHM community includes 224 independent living, assisted living, and memory care apartments, along with 56 skilled and transitional care units, designed to support residents through changing health needs while maintaining dignity, comfort, and meaningful community connections.

1. Clean resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas
2. Perform routine and deep cleaning assignments
3. Follow infection control and safety procedures
4. Properly use and store cleaning chemicals and equipment
5. Report maintenance or safety concerns
6. Support overall campus cleanliness and resident comfort

Qualifications

Experience:

1. Required : Previous housekeeping, environmental services, or hospitality experience
2. Preferred : Experience working in healthcare, senior living, or similar environment

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

1. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while meeting daily cleaning schedules and deadlines
2. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and complete tasks independently
3. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact respectfully and professionally with residents and team members
4. Basic understanding of housekeeping chemicals and safe cleaning practices
5. Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English to effectively perform job duties
6. Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing, walking, bending, lifting, and pushing carts
7. Reliable attendance and consistent professional work behavior
