ABOUT THE ROLE
Deepview is partner with a leading electrical service company hiring Journeyman Electricians and Apprentice Electricians to support industrial electrical work in and around Coldwater, MI. This role focuses on installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining electrical systems for industrial facilities and equipment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Install, run, and terminate conduit and cable (EMT/Rigid, tray, MC/THHN, etc.) in industrial environments
• Pull wire, label, and verify circuits per prints and job requirements
• Build and terminate panels (as applicable): breakers, disconnects, terminal blocks, relays, VFDs
• Assist with/perform industrial troubleshooting: motors, sensors, controls wiring, power distribution
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, one-lines, and layout drawings
• Use meters to verify voltage/current/continuity ; support commissioning and start-up
• Follow OSHA and site safety rules; maintain a clean and organized jobsite
• Communicate clearly with supervisors, foremen, and customers

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (JOURNEYMAN)
• State of Michigan Journeyman Electrician License (or ability to obtain/reciprocity as applicable)
• Strong industrial installation background (conduit, wiring, terminations)
• Ability to work independently and lead tasks on the floor when needed
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (APPRENTICE)
• Registered apprentice preferred (or actively pursuing apprenticeship)
• 1+ year electrical experience preferred (industrial or commercial)
• Willingness to learn conduit, wire pulls, and industrial electrical best practices
• Strong safety mindset and coachable attitude

PREFERRED SKILLS (BOTH)
• Industrial environments: manufacturing plants, automation projects, power distribution
• PLC/controls wiring exposure (Allen-Bradley/Siemens a plus)
• Experience with VFDs, motor controls, sensors, and troubleshooting
• Lift/scissor/boom experience; OSHA 10/30 is a plus

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, climb ladders, and work in industrial settings
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (with reasonable accommodations as applicable)
