Machine Operator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $13.75 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Third Shift ( Sunday through Thursday from 12:00am to 08:00am )

• We are seeking a diligent and reliable Machine Operator to contribute to our manufacturing operations.
• This role involves operating production machinery, primarily focused on plastic injection molding, and plays a vital part in maintaining product quality and production efficiency within a structured production environment.
• Operate and monitor industrial machinery, with a specific focus on plastic injection molding equipment, ensuring smooth and continuous operation.
• * Perform duties as a Production Line Worker, including material handling, loading components, and offloading finished goods according to established procedures.
• * Execute detailed visual inspections of products to ensure they meet stringent quality standards and identify any defects or inconsistencies promptly.

Machine Operator Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Production Line Worker in a manufacturing setting.
• experience with Molding: Plastic Injection processes is essential.
• * Ability to stand continuously for an entire 8-hour shift.
• * Exceptional visual inspection capabilities and meticulous attention to detail to identify quality issues.
• * Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.
• * Reliable, punctual, and capable of working effectively in a team-oriented production environment.
