Position Details

• Location: Jackson Fork Ranch, Little Jackson Hole (Bondurant), Wyoming
• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (occasional weekends/holidays as needed)
• Reports To: Property Manager

Position Overview : Jackson Fork Ranch seeks a meticulous and dedicated Housekeeper to maintain our collection of 16 luxury short-term rental properties. This role specializes in creating an exceptional first impression for arriving guests through immaculate cleaning and thoughtful finishing touches that make each home feel freshly prepared and welcoming.

Primary Responsibilities

Guest Turnover Excellence

• Execute premium cleaning and preparation of rental homes between guest stays
• Ensure each property meets the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation
• Apply finishing touches that create a “just cleaned” experience (fresh linens, fluffed pillows, aligned décor, spotless surfaces)
• Conduct final walk-throughs to verify all details are perfect before guest arrival
• Restock amenities, toiletries, and household essentials

Property Maintenance & Standards

• Maintain consistent brand standards across all 16 properties
• Identify and report maintenance issues or repair needs
• Manage cleaning supply inventory and reorder as needed
• Follow property-specific cleaning checklists and protocols
• Ensure seasonal preparations are complete (fresh flowers, appropriate linens, etc.)

Team Collaboration

• Coordinate with property management team on turnover schedules
• Communicate guest feedback or special requests
• Support team during high-occupancy periods
• Maintain professional relationships with vendors and support staff

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years professional housekeeping or hospitality experience
• Strong attention to detail with commitment to excellence
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Physical ability to perform demanding tasks (lift 35+ lbs, extended standing, bending, reaching)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Flexibility for occasional weekend or holiday work

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with luxury vacation rentals or boutique hotels
• Knowledge of high-end furnishings and fabric care
• Familiarity with vacation rental platforms (Airbnb, VRBO)
• Experience working in rural or remote property settings
