Bookkeeper / Office Manager | Hudsonville, MI
Salary Range: $55,000 - $82,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounts payable and receivable for manufacturing operations.
- Process bi-weekly payroll, including tax submissions and employee expense reports.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate general ledger accounts.
- Oversee office supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and facility vendor contracts.
- Provide administrative support for production scheduling, shipping documentation, and customer communications.
- Assist with HR administration, including new hire onboarding and employee record management.
- Prepare monthly financial statements, including P&L and Balance Sheet, for management review.
Recommended Qualifications
- Proven experience with full-cycle bookkeeping, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop/Online and advanced Microsoft Excel for financial reporting and analysis.
- Demonstrated experience with inventory accounting, cost of goods sold, and job costing within a manufacturing environment.
- Experience processing payroll and assisting with HR administrative tasks such as benefits administration and onboarding.
- Strong organizational skills to manage office operations, vendor relationships, supply procurement, and administrative support.
Bonus Qualifications
- Knowledge of cost accounting principles.
- Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems common in manufacturing (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, Oracle).
- Familiarity with inventory management and control processes.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Exposure to manufacturing-specific compliance or safety regulations.
