Salary Range: $55,000 - $82,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle accounts payable and receivable for manufacturing operations.
• Process bi-weekly payroll, including tax submissions and employee expense reports.
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate general ledger accounts.
• Oversee office supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and facility vendor contracts.
• Provide administrative support for production scheduling, shipping documentation, and customer communications.
• Assist with HR administration, including new hire onboarding and employee record management.
• Prepare monthly financial statements, including P&L and Balance Sheet, for management review.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience with full-cycle bookkeeping, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop/Online and advanced Microsoft Excel for financial reporting and analysis.
• Demonstrated experience with inventory accounting, cost of goods sold, and job costing within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience processing payroll and assisting with HR administrative tasks such as benefits administration and onboarding.
• Strong organizational skills to manage office operations, vendor relationships, supply procurement, and administrative support.

Bonus Qualifications

• Knowledge of cost accounting principles.
• Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems common in manufacturing (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, Oracle).
• Familiarity with inventory management and control processes.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Exposure to manufacturing-specific compliance or safety regulations.
