Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A school district in Fort Gratiot, MI, is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to support K-12 students during the next school year. This onsite contract position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by delivering specialized speech therapy services within an elementary caseload setting.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student progress
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and student performance
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to educational planning

Qualifications:

• Valid Michigan Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license
• Experience working with elementary-aged students preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students, staff, and families
• Ability to manage a caseload while providing high-quality therapeutic services

Location and Schedule:

• Position is located onsite in Fort Gratiot, Michigan
• 35 hours per week
• Contract duration: Next school year
