We are seeking a compassionate and motivated LLPC or LLMFT to join our growing practice. This position is available as full-time or part-time, in-person only, and is ideal for clinicians who value meaningful community work within a supportive and clinician-centered environment.
Employment Classification
- This is a W-2 employee position (not 1099)
- Structured employment model with administrative and clinical support
Schedule & Caseload
- Full-time and part-time opportunities available
- Minimum of 10 client hours per week required
- Opportunity to build up to 30 in-person client hours per week once caseload is established
- In-person in our calm, beautiful, and stocked office

- Active LLPC or LLMFT license in the state of Michigan
- Motivated, reliable, and clinically grounded
- Passionate about serving and supporting the local community

Compensation & Benefits
- $50 per clinical hour
- $50 weekly administrative pay for every 10 clients seen per week
- Company-provided computer for all administrative duties
