Warehouse

As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our warehouse. Your primary duties include taking and prioritizing orders, ensuring they are dispatched on time, and collaborating with team members to manage inventory. You will become familiar with each product, tool, and item on the shelves, and be responsible for scanning, counting, and shipping parts to their correct locations. Your role also involves ensuring that parts are packed correctly and dispatched to the right address.

• Take and prioritize orders, ensuring timely dispatch.
• Collaborate with team members to manage inventory and put parts on shelves.
• Learn and manage knowledge of all products, tools, and items in the warehouse.
• Scan parts in, count inventory, and ensure correct shipping.
• Ensure parts are packed correctly and sent to the correct address.
• Use ERP systems and RF scanners on a daily basis.
• Pick parts from the warehouse and perform cycle counts.
• Inspect parts for damage or rust and package them according to standards.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Verify outbound shipments and manage inventory using ERP Oracle systems.
• Conduct inventory cycle counts and engage with supplier systems.

• Experience in inventory control and warehouse operations.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and RF scanners.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail for inspection and packaging standards.

• Experience with shipping and receiving processes.
• Familiarity with material handling equipment such as reach trucks and forklifts.
• Basic warehouse math skills.
• A positive attitude and willingness to perform various tasks as needed.

The work environment is deadline-based but supportive, with a strong emphasis on teamwork. The warehouse operates on three shifts: 1st shift from 7 AM to 3 PM, 2nd shift from 3 PM to 11 PM, and 3rd shift from 11 PM to 7 AM. Employees are expected to maintain a high level of attendance and punctuality. The facility is clean, organized, and free from clutter, providing a safe and efficient workspace.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rochester Hills, MI.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Rochester Hills,MI.
