An established global automotive manufacturing facility is recruiting an experienced 2nd Shift Production Supervisor to help lead production operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on manufacturing leader who enjoys building strong teams, driving continuous improvement, and working with advanced automotive manufacturing processes.

Reporting to the Production Manager, the Production Supervisor will take ownership of shift activities, ensuring production targets, quality standards, safety requirements, staffing needs, and employee performance expectations are met. The successful candidate will be comfortable working on the plant floor, coaching employees, solving production issues, and collaborating across operations, quality, materials, and management.

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Lead, plan, assign, and direct daily production activities and production associates.
• Ensure production requirements are achieved while balancing labor needs against available headcount.
• Train operators on work instructions, processes, procedures, and job responsibilities.
• Monitor product quality and address production or process concerns as they arise.
• Conduct shift meetings to communicate objectives, priorities, safety information, and operational updates.
• Coach and develop production employees, including conducting annual performance reviews and corrective-action discussions when required.
• Meet with supervisors and management to review production performance, staffing, quality, and operational priorities.

Desired Background

Salary $65-70k
